Businesses in Coventry and Warwickshire could benefit from state-of-the-art technology at the Hong Kong Science Park.

Currently the park has 316 companies on-site, employing more than 8,600 workers.

A staggering 64 per cent of those staff are engineers and scientists – with 30 per cent of them from overseas companies – including the UK.

The Hong Kong Science Park is about to expand into a new phase – which will see those figures rise further, with plans to house a total of 500 businesses, employing 13,000 staff by the time the scheme is completed.
This is exciting news for all businesses and future investors in the area as it illustrates the economic activity happing in and around Coventry. It is activity that is likely to attract future investors which is positive news for distribution and manufacturing premises which are already in high demand.
Phase three of the scheme is already underway, with the first round of buildings expected to be fully finished by 2015.
