The apprentice scheme, 100 in 100 was launched by the Coventry and Warwickshire Local Enterprise Partnership last month.

The aim of the enterprising initiative  which is run in partnership with the National Apprentice Service is to find 100 businesses across the region to take on 100 apprentices in just 100 days.

This scheme is not only a positive step in tackling youth unemployment but is also a great opportunity for the businesses in Coventry and the Midlands to invest in their future. Trade and skills are fundamental parts of our infrastructure and by rebuilding diminishing apprenticeships the community can build a prosperous future.

Prosperity and low unemployment is an attractive pull for any investors. Encouraging both residents and news businesses and investors to the area would increase the demand for manufacturing and distribution warehouses which are already highly sought after.
